Dit is een Engelstalig congres met de steun van o.a.  IHEU  en European Humanist Federation

In 2018 the world celebrates the 70th anniversary of the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights by the UN Assembly, a milestone which all subsequent legislations had to take into account – including the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union. This conference aims to provide a comprehensive and concrete outlook of the status of the non-believers in Europe, in light of national and transnational legislations, and to outline the limits and the confines of that area of freedom of conscience which is freedom of non-believing.
